Insightful, thoughtful, compassionate book. I would recommend it for every parent. Mindfulness doesn't just calm you down and help you deal with stress--though it does do that! But the exercises in this book will penetrate your consciousness and become more and more a part of you and your personality and thought process the more you do them. I can't recommend this book enough.
