The Psychology Book is a great reference to have. It explains very big and vast ideas and psychologies that may be difficult to grasp. By showing the history of the psychologies as well as breaking them down, The Psychology Book is a valuable book and a helpful resource when trying to learn about different types of psychologies.

This was a good intro for me, since I'm taking psychology in university. I already knew some of the people from high school projects and I was really hoping there would be more in depth information on some of them. Either way, it was a great look into the world of psychology and what studies they focus on in the field.
