I wish I read this book before I spent a ton on money hiring a sleep coach. Lets face it most new moms are looking for sleep solutions and this book offers alternatives to the same old, sleep training systems pushed by all the modern baby sleep "experts".

The most compressive and supportive book of normal infant sleep. It looks at scientific data along with family testimonies to show the spectrum of sleep in the breastfed baby. I highly recommend this book.

Finally, a book that talks about normal baby sleep, and how to get more of it. It's wonderful to finally have a book that treats babies like people, and empathizes with new parents' lack of sleep...and explains how to safely get more sleep by safely sleeping with your breastfed baby.
