Olga Kotelko is not the average 94-year-old. She holds over 23 world records in track and field, seventeen in her current 90 to 95 category. Convinced that she could help unlock the mysteries of aging, Grierson set out to uncover what is driving Olga. What emerges is a look at the extent to which health and longevity are determined by DNA, and the extent to which that inheritance can be shaped. It examines the factors that forge the course of any life, especially during the golden years.

Exercise inspiring, if you listen to this book while on a walk, you just might start running. Illuminates masters sports meets. Throw out the notion that we must age in a certain way and you have the main idea. Lots of tests were done on Olga but there were no other results with which to compare them. So it will interesting to see if in the future there is more data on older people and women especially and the correlations.
