There are tons of great healthy recipes in this book and I love the meal plans at the end for the 21 and 7 day cleanse. Also you can register on their website.

This is a book with about 200 meals for clean eating. Breakfasts, lunches, dinners, all focused around getting and balancing a healthy body. A lot of the meals can even be tweaked to fit vegetarian or vegan diets. This is a very nice book if you are interested in eating right.
