Loved this book and went out and bought it after reading it. The recipes are almost all winners. The approach to food and eating is excellent...healthy but also reasonable. I will note that, unlike another commenter wrote, I have had to do a fair bit of shopping to stock my kitchen for this...some grains and sea vegetable I haven't found yet. I still love the book. :)
