Excellent cook book. I usually only find one to two recipes I like in cook books but I have tried several in this one and they have turned out great. Only draw back is that if you're on a diet this might not be for you, many of the recipes have heavy cream in them (that's why they taste so good). Regardless I would definitely recommend this book.
