Sophomoric, preposterous, and needlessly grizzly. An apparent attempt to impersonate Dan Brown's "Da Vinci Code" schema, writing style, and character patterns. The author is definitely not up to the challenge. Doesn't work. There is nothing of literary merit here. Skip this one. Not recommended.
