All the Jane Whitfield books adventures are great escapism but don't read one after another or else they start getting formulaic.

Good story line, keeps your attention. Another solid effort by a good writer. 8 of 10 for me.

This story begins by looking into a murder by the victims family and expands across a trail of connected murders. As with most of Perry's work, this is well thought and well written. 8 of 10 stars
