Loved this book and couldn't put it down. She was so courageous to leave everything she knew in hope of saving herself from her husbands family and finding a savior.

This was one of the best books that I have read. I could not put it down. it is very suspenseful and a wonderful, exciting story. It also gives a brief insight into this archaic aspect of Indian society.
