I was disappointed in this one. Nothing brilliant about it! So many accolades, that it sounds hollow! It reads more like a novel rather than a mystery! If u like reading about a street of neighbors and their lives, then it is plausible and maybe entertaining. As a mystery, it fails!

Excellent - vintage Ruth Rendell.
