This is a beautiful, touching film. Deserves to be watched by educators, parents, children, government officials. Venezuela has demosntrated that providing access to free musical education massively, since childhood and in the context of an orchestra, has a great social outcome. They have half a million musicians and hundreds of orchestras, all in the last 35 years. Through music better people are formed, and a better world is possible.
