This is the fist book in the Sharpe and Donovan series. You meet Emma Sharpe and Colin Donovan who are two FBI agents. They work together to solve a murder of nun and a relationship begins. It kept my interest right to the end. I didn't know who was the killer until the very end. Looking forward to Heron's Cove, the next book in this series.

Refreshing! Saint's Gate is more of a murder suspense thriller than the typical mass murder, serial killer thrillers. I was immediately drawn into the story about a Nun being killed in a Convent. The mystery is who done it and why and why are people dying related to a mysterious painting that seems to have disappeared. Great Read!

Another good book by Carla Neggers pairs a former novice turned FBI agent with another Fed to probe the murder of a nun and its connection to a painting. The author makes good use of location both in New England and Ireland for the story.
