Joe thought fluorescent paints could jazz up his magic act, which it did—but it also helped America win World War II. Picture book format, with full page illustrations.

It was interesting to learn while reading this story to my 8 year old son, that the brothers who created Day-Glo paints had to persevere when faced with a great deal of adversity. Wonderfully illustrated.
