Minuses; cornball dialog, 1-2 extras walking perfectly placed through every background scene & lots of dead pigeons. Pluses; very real looking dead pigeons that were probably just actual dead pigeons, Whitaker's voice over scenes with him looking contemplatively lazy eyed into the distance, and the beautiful french ice cream truck man Isaach De Bankolé (seriously, he should have won an oscar or something).

Wonder why it did not get its rightful accolades before DVD/VCR release, a for hire black hitman raising homing pigeons on a roof top for the Italian mobs? The reviews at rotten tomatoes:

Great movie. Tarentino-esque. Really original plot and memorable characters. RZA soundtrack.
