I have seen the heavily edited original by Orson Welles and somehow this TV movie has evolved and made it its own. It's great to see the beautiful Madeline Stowe acting again!

The acting was superb (2 Canadian actors, one very handsome and charming) and such a poignant plot! The character development of one of the lead actors, who played the son, was transformational and had me in tears by the end of the movie. I loved it! Easily 5 Stars!
