Add a CommentThe subplot was painful, but the main plot made up for it. The movie had great and horrible moments, producing a decent movie.

Johnny Dept never dissapoints. I loved Penelope cruz in this movie. iit's a good movei. not really advised for younger kids.
Loved it. Same as the other ones; however, I loved the special effects, loved the mermaids, Johhny is amazing as always. If you love Pirates of the....saga, you go for it!
i liked it bu;t it wasnt what i was expecting. Jack is sooooooo hot though that it basically made up for the movies faults. i admit it wasnt as good as the first but.... it has adventure and romance and fantasy..... what more could u ask for? XD
As usual, one darn thing after another, with Jack Sparrow (there should be a `Captain' in there somewhere) dancing trippingly on the ragged edge of disaster the whole way. Penelope Cruz, or, at least, the character written for her, was probably a mistake, as it makes for a serious tension that is somewhat at odds with the rest of the tone. No meaning, no logic, but brightly coloured moving pictures for a few hours.
I thought it was awesome. There was some nice suspense. And the mermaid scene was killer :)
Johnny never fails to disappoint! Liked Penelope in place of Orlando & Keira, although it wasn't quite the same. Found it very long, as well, but you didn't even realize how long you were sitting there watching it because it was so enjoyable!
Jack Sparrow totally makes all of these films.
