I saw the movie and I had liked it this is based on a true story this isnot for children to watch this would be the one for parents to watch so they know what their teenagers are doing online
Amazing, absolutely amazing! I give this a 5/5 stars. It was played through complete excellency on everyone's part.
This is a very realistic portrayal of how easy it is for a young girl (or boy) to be manipulated into trusting a predator, and I felt that her motivations and feelings while it was happening, and after, were bang-on. Excellent actors. Every child should watch this around the age of 12. Parents, if you're thinking that they're too young to watch this, get your heads out of the sand.
excelente movie
pretty well thought out movie. great catch and keeps you guessing.
Clive Owen and Liana Liberato gave amazing performances in this all too realistic movie about an internet predator. The man who played the predator, golly, set my creep radar pinging like mad. Good job by all.
as expected, much of it was hard to watch, but where many movies don't balance that awkwardness with redemptive or otherwise worthy themes and scenes, this one succeeded in handling the content well without ever getting ugly or gratuitous.
Every adult and every child from 11 to 21 needs to see this movie. It is the best movie that deals with the subject. The movie looks like it's going to go off the rails and become common, but the director has a story to tell and he is determined to tell it throughout the movie. See it, even when it makes you uncomfortable. It will make this a better world if you learn the lessons of this movie.
It was O.K for a home TV movie. I was entertained and interesting. But it was NOT worth the long library wait or the price to rent from a Red Box. "I fast forwarded a lot but not all the way.”
